Q. I don’t have a marketing program yet. Can you help me?
A. It depends. First you must be sure you’re really ready to start marketing. That means your product or service is right and your infrastructure is in place. There is no bigger marketing mistake you can make than to promote your product before it’s ready. Or to create a demand you can’t meet. If the product is ready and you can meet the demand, then there’s a good possibility we can help.

Q. I already have a pretty good marketing program in place. What can you do for me?
Clicks 'n ConversionsA. We’ll go out on a limb here and assume that you want more from your marketing investment. Getting a good program in place is just the first step – albeit a very important one. Now you can begin to tweak various parts of the program to increase your sales even faster. Clicks ‘n Conversions specializes in website traffic and lead generation, website conversion optimization and lead nurturing. That means we take your existing program and show you how to increase and accelerate your results.

Q. What if I already have a marketing department? How will you work with them?
A. We can work with your marketing department in several different ways. Often, we operate as an extension of the marketing team – creating traffic generating systems, improving customer conversion or increasing the effectiveness of a website while the internal marketing people work on other activities such as PR programs and sales support tools. Sometimes clients hire us to develop a pay-per-click advertising or search engine optimization program and then have their marketing people implement it. Occasionally, we function as part of the sales team.

Q. What if I don’t have a marketing department? Will I need to hire someone?
A. Not necessarily, but someone in your company needs to be held accountable for marketing. In the beginning, this can be you.

Q. I can’t afford a consultant but I really want to grow. Is there any other way I can ramp up my marketing?
A. Yes. You can begin by taking advantage of the free marketing articles and other information on this website. You can also find hundreds of how-to articles and videos on our internet marketing blog.

Q. I don’t have a sales team yet. Will your system work for me?
A. Sure. Just as long as you have someone available to close sales. That might even be you.

Q. How much do I have to be willing to invest in marketing for your approach to work?
A. This is a very good question, and the answer depends on a lot of variables including how rapidly you want to grow. We’ll have to answer this one for you after we have a better understanding of your specific situation and objectives.

Q. How long will it take to see results?
A. Again, that depends on what we’re doing. Conversion optimization tests can be running and producing results in as little as a few days. Pay-per-click, website conversion and lead nurturing programs generally have a 30-day ramp. Results from search engine optimization programs vary.

Q. Can I pay you as a percentage of new revenue?
A. Clicks ‘n Conversions guarantees results in the form of incoming traffic or leads, improved conversion rates and new sales opportunities. We do not work on a percentage of revenue.

Q. Do you internet marketing programs work with consumer products?
A. Absolutely.

Q. I’ve tried marketing before without any results. Why is your approach any different?
A. Our programs are tied directly to measurable results. We hold ourselves accountable and expect our clients to do the same.

Q. Can I pay with a credit card?
A. Yes. Our services can be purchased with a credit card through Pay Pal.

Q. Will you be working out of my offices?
A. No. We find that we can be more effective working remotely from our own offices. We are available for optional onsite meetings.

Q. How will I be able to reach you?
A. As a Clicks ‘n Conversions consulting client you will be assigned a project manager and will have direct access to that person.

Q. How will I know how things are going? How often will I hear from you?
A. We provide regular weekly status reports. You can also request an update at any time.

Q. Do I have to be in Los Angeles to work with you?
A. Definitely not. We work remotely via internet and phone. We have clients located around the world.

Q. How do we know what’s working and what isn’t working?
A. Measuring results is a key element of all Clicks ‘n Conversions programs and systems.

Q. Why do you have a Seattle address?
A. Clicks ‘n Conversions is a virtual firm with employees and team members spread throughout the world. We believe in outsourcing as much of the non-marketing-related work as possible. So, we outsourced our mail to Earth Class Mail which, at the time, did not have a Los Angeles address. When we first outsourced our mail, we had a Beaverton, Oregon, address; but we thought Seattle sounded cooler. (No offense intended to anyone in Beaverton).

Q. I know someone else who could use your help. How do I make a referral?
A. Great question! The vast majority of our consulting clients come to us through referrals. We even have a formal referral program where you can benefit financially by referring us to new clients. Just Contact Us for the details.
