Susan has been creating, implementing and measuring successful marketing programs for longer than she is willing to admit. Suffice it to say that her experience covers well over two and one-half decades. Her primary focus is on software, information technology and other business-to-business companies – from small startups all the way up to giants like Microsoft, Oracle and Cisco. As President & CMO of Clicks 'n Conversions, Susan leads a global group of online marketing and website conversion specialists who help clients grow their businesses through strategic online marketing. Current and former clients include Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, Intrix Technology, Eos Systems, Envisia Learning, Torrential Data, Logic Software and a host of other small and mid-size business-to-business companies. Susan writes and speaks frequently on the subject of internet marketing and website traffic conversion for business-to-business companies. She has been a founding partner of three successful marketing firms including Moore & More Marketing Communications, Shout! Communications and Clicks n’ Conversions. She has a B.A. in Journalism & a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Georgia.
Andrew Parkinson, Chief Executive Officer
Andy has over ten years of experience in directing entrepreneurial companies providing technology solutions to the business sector. In 1996, he founded Chromatic Concepts, Inc., a company that specializes in the development of client-server applications. During his tenure there, he has personally guided the company’s growth, managed the company to year-over-year profitability. In 2003, he co-founded Envisia Learning, a prominent organizational development consulting firm. Andy has designed proprietary marketing management, learning management, CRM, accounting and human resources survey, assessment and scoring software systems being used internationally today. Andy attended the University of California, Los Angeles.
Eric Gerds, Chief SEO Strategist
Eric’s accomplishments in the SEO arena make him a much sought-after consultant in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets. His programs have garnered and maintained high rankings in highly competitive markets; and most importantly, have continuously resulted in increases in both quantity and quality of traffic for his clients. For the past 17 years, Eric has taught a variety of technology-related college courses including search engine optimization, website design, and digital video. He is currently teaching digital video editing and visual effects at Santa Monica College. |

Eric Gerds started his computer training as a contractor for the US Air Force. In a technology career spanning over 20 years, he has worked for many major companies such as Boeing and Sony Imageworks.
